To promote and support medical development in Thailand in alignment with the primary mission of Siriraj Foundation and Faculty of Medicine, Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, Siriraj Vittayavijai Co., Ltd. was founded in January 2022 by four co-founders; Clinical Professor Emeritus Dr. Piyasakol Sakolsatayadorn, Clinical Professor Emeritus Luephorn Punnakanta, Clinical Professor Emeritus Udom Kachintorn, and Assistant Professor Jaiyavat Mokkhaves. The name “Siriraj Vittayavijai” was bestowed by Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, President of Siriraj Foundation. The meaning of “Siriraj Vittayavijai” reflects the intent to provide indigenous innovation and technologies to all patients and people of the nation.
